Acuity was founded on the belief that audiovisual production should blend technical mastery with hospitality-driven service. With roots in both the hospitality and AV industries, our founders saw a gap between cold, transactional service and the warm, partnership-driven approach clients deserved. We set out to close that gap.
From our beginnings serving local venues in Georgia, we’ve grown into a trusted partner for corporations, hotels, non-profits, and associations across the Southeast. Along the way, we’ve powered board meetings, hybrid conferences, elegant galas, government summits, and weddings — each event unique, but all guided by the same mission: to deliver clarity and creativity through seamless production.

Yes. Every event is supported by experienced on-site technicians to ensure flawless execution. Our team manages setup, operation, and teardown, so you can focus on your guests while we handle the production.

Absolutely. From intimate board meetings to multi-day conferences and large galas, our scalable team and inventory allow us to deliver the same professional quality – no matter the event size.

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks before your event to ensure equipment and crew availability. However, we understand that last-minute events happen – and we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

Yes. We are preferred vendors for several hotels and venues across Georgia and the Southeast. We can coordinate directly with your venue’s event team to simplify logistics and deliver a seamless experience.

Our pricing is customized based on your event’s size, location, and production requirements. Each quote includes equipment, labor, and delivery for full transparency –  no hidden fees. We also offer discounted rates for nonprofit organizations.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and equipment. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event, unless other arrangements are approved. Payments can be made via credit card, ACH, or invoice through Stripe or HubSpot.

Yes. Acuity Event Productions serves clients nationwide – with frequent projects in Florida, Tennessee, Texas, and the Carolinas. We can provide turnkey support anywhere your event takes place.

Yes. Through our partnership with GreatScott Creative Studio, we provide professional photography, videography, interviews, and branded content production –  ideal for marketing and post-event storytelling.
